Local Hand Deliveries in the Denver Metro area are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge provided the order is received by close of business on Friday). Hand deliveries start at $11.50 per address (Saturday delivery $15.00).  Deliveries falling outside of our hand delivery area will be shipped via UPS Ground and applicable shipping charges added.

Residential hand deliveries: If no one is at home to accept delivery the gift will be left at the door.

Same Day Local Delivery (weather permitting):  Requests for same day local delivery must be received by 10:00 AM (Mountain Time). 

Second Delivery Attempts or Incorrect Addresses:  Blossom Street Designs is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied at the time of ordering. If the address information supplied is incorrect an additional delivery fee will be charged for the second delivery attempt. 

Hospital Delivery - We hand deliver to hospitals located in the Denver Metro area (shipping to hospitals is not available).  Deliveries to hospitals require the following:
             1. Buyer must verify that the patient is not being released on the day of delivery
             2. Patient room number must be provided
             3. Patient is not in ICU

Blossom Street Designs is not responsible for any gift delivered to a hospital in the event the patient has been released prior to delivery.  The purchaser is  responsible for all redelivery fees.  If the order is canceled the buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus delivery charges. 

Some hospitals require drivers to leave gifts at the front desk for delivery to the patient by hospital personnel.  Once the driver has delivered the gift to the hospital and obtained a signature, Blossom Street Designs is not responsible if a gift distributed by hospital personnel is not delivered to the intended recipient, and no refund will be given.

Timed Deliveries:  For orders requiring delivery at a specific time, please call for a quote.

Nationwide Shipping:  Orders are shipped by UPS Ground service and may take 2 to10 days for delivery.  For express delivery please call for a quote.
